Don’t look up. It is just a dark sky these days.
It used to be the place the stars dwelled. It is where the first humans, after a hard day’s work,
found questions at night. And these questions led to stories and legends were born. The stars
were the protagonist and antagonist. The stars told the seasons, guided the explorers,
and answered the inquirer.
But I don’t see the stars anymore in my sky. They are lost somewhere among the lights.
They are replaced by more contemporary stars. They dwell in Page 3 and even they
have stories. And refer to themselves as legends. They tell release dates, guide the crowds
and answer the columnists.
Don’t despair. All you need to do is look up and you might see a star.
